Visit Shipwire at PeSA, learn about order fulfillment, win a FitBit!
May 13, 2015 With more than 70+ break out sessions, 100+ industry leaders speaking, and a 95 percent excellence rating from attendees, PeSA (Professional eBay and E‑Commerce Seller’s Alliance) Internet Conference is the e‑commerce expo to be at in Australia. Run by sellers, for sellers, PeSA brings together hundreds of Australian online retailers looking to grow their businesses and learn from major influencers like eBay, Australia Post, Facebook, and Alibaba. We learned a lot and had so much fun last year that we are headed back for more. Shipwire’s Australia warehouse opened last year and is the newest in our network of global fulfillment centers, so naturally there were and are a lot of questions about what Shipwire can do for Australian merchants. We look forward to talking to you about this at the show, but here are some notes to prompt further conversation: What can merchants do to increase sales? Australia’s economy is strong, but given its geography, it benefits e‑commerce merchants to look to international markets for growth potential. In addition to an existing network of eight international warehouses (with a ninth location — Tilburg, Netherlands — planned for late 2015), Shipwire is also part of the Ingram Micro, which means unmatched international warehousing support. Our Shipping as a Profit Center white paper explains how you can grow business by accessing new markets in multiple locations. This proposition is simpler than it may seem — you can connect to any Shipwire warehouse directly through your account and manage all your inventory from one spot. What are your automation capabilities? We are proud to offer the world’s most robust developer toolset for shipping and logistics. In addition to over 80+ shopping cart integrations and partnerships with Shopify, Magento, Woocommerce, eBay, and others, Shipwire’s RESTful APIs allow for the creation of custom cart connections, integration into ERPs, and marketplace connections. Jump to 1:55 to see how The Grommet used Shipwire APIs to increase sales by 450 percent. What about the end customer experience? The shopping experience of your end customers is your priority, which means it’s our priority. Options like custom inserts and branded packing slips are designed to support your branding efforts. We understand the value of your relationship with customers and work to enhance it by getting products into their hands quickly and accurately. Check out our virtual warehouse tour to see how your product and brand is supported. There’s more to talk about, but we’ll save it for PeSA. Feel free to leave general questions in the comment section and if you’re going to PeSA, schedule time to talk with our team. P.S. All meeting attendees will be automatically entered to win a FitBit! You can also enter the raffle by dropping by our booth at the show and leaving your business card at the table.
