Fulfillment Center Closures and Modified Schedules
On-time outbound fulfillment is our top priority during peak season. To that end, we are implementing the following process modifications. Dates are approximate and subject to change.
Inbound (ASN) Deliveries: The last inbound delivery appointment before Black Friday will likely be on November 19th. Inbound deliveries will be accepted again on approximately December 7th. Inbound deliveries will be accepted again on December 7th. Appointment slots are limited, assigned on a rolling basis, and will fill up quickly. We strongly recommend scheduling in advance. See the Receiving Guide for compliant delivery instructions to avoid delays.
Value-Added-Services (VAS) and Special Projects: From approximately November 11th through December 6th, we will not be conducting value added services and special projects. From December 7th through the end of the month, we will make a best effort to accommodate these projects, but cannot guarantee availability. Please plan accordingly.
Many fulfillment centers operate on modified schedules during the holiday season. December dates are subject to modifications based on volume and customer need.
