Ingram Micro Opens New ITAD Facility in Western Canada
June 05, 2018
Irvine, Calif. – June 5, 2018
Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services today announced the opening of a second IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Processing Center in Canada.
This full-service facility is strategically located in Vancouver, British Columbia, to better serve ITAD clients with locations in Western Canada. The Ingram Micro facility in Toronto will continue to serve client locations in Eastern Canada.
The new Processing Center offers a complete range of ITAD and enhanced lifecycle support services including client-site hard drive sanitization and/or shredding.
“Vancouver is the second global ITAD location we’ve opened this quarter and represents another strategic building block in our ITAD expansion plan,” said Todd Zegers, vice president, ITAD, Commerce & Lifecycle Services. “This is the 16th location we’ve added in just the past four years to better serve the evolving needs of our global client base. We are continuing to build on this momentum, collocating with existing Ingram Micro locations in key markets to accelerate our growth.”
“Demand for ITAD services continues to grow rapidly in Canada,” adds Jason Quibell, executive director operations, Ingram Micro Canada. “The new facility in Vancouver expands national coverage and onsite capability for existing ITAD clients while rounding out our ONE Ingram model to provide end-to-end partner support.”
