Ken Beyer

EVP & President, Commerce & Lifecycle Services

Ken is responsible for the global strategy and growth of Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services, where he oversees 23,000+ associates across 150+ locations and 39 countries. He previously co-founded and served as the CEO of CloudBlue Technologies, a global reverse logistics and ITAD company that was acquired by Ingram Micro in 2013. Ken was a founding member and CTO of MortgageRamp, the leading commercial real estate finance services and technology company backed by GMAC, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America, and in 2005, he merged the company with OfficeTiger, where he became president of Global Real Estate Services. OfficeTiger was acquired by RR Donnelley in 2006.

Adeel Athar

Vice President, Finance

Adeel brings over 20 years of financial expertise to the organization. Prior to his current role and move to headquarters, Adeel was responsible for all aspects of financial strategy and planning for the company’s business in Canada, including FP&A, controllership, credit, purchasing/partner planning, pricing, sales reporting and compensation. During that time, he oversaw the design and execution of key strategic priorities for the organization and played a pivotal role re-engineering Canada’s finance processes and optimizing working capital. Prior to joining Ingram Micro, Adeel worked with Rogers Communications and Moore Corporation, two large public enterprise organizations, where he was responsible for reporting, financial planning and treasury operations.

Geoffrey Friederich

Vice President, Human Resources

Geoffrey leads human resources for all of Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services. He’s spent over a decade of his 25+ year career with Ingram Micro, where he manages a team of 65 global human professionals. He also serves as an adjunct Professor of Management at Vanguard University, was an adjunct professor at Concordia University and held several titles at ADP, including Senior Director of Human Resources. His department develops workforce plans and programs that align with the company’s overall strategic objectives.

Craig Carpenter

VP, General Counsel

Craig is responsible for overseeing legal services for the Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services business. He has over two decades of experience providing legal services across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Ingram Micro, Craig served as General Counsel of BrightPoint, Inc., a Fortune 500 company serving the wireless and high-tech industries, which Ingram Micro acquired in 2012.

Todd Zegers

Vice President, ITAD & Reverse Logistics

Todd is responsible for Ingram Micro’s global ITAD and Reverse Logistics business, which services clients in over 80 countries and includes facilities on four continents. Previously, he was President and Co-Founder of Green Asset Disposal, which became a part of CloudBlue Technologies, a global reverse logistics and ITAD company that was acquired by Ingram Micro in 2013. An active member in the community, Todd serves on the Executive Board of The Johnson Family’s Mission 31 Foundation. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Coalition for American Electronics Recycling, which aims to pass a Federal Secure E-Waste Export and Recycling Act.

Katie Wild

Executive Director, Global Marketing

Katie leads global marketing for Commerce & Lifecycle Services. Her team is responsible for all go-to-market strategies, branding, website management and digital marketing, customer communications, and more. Prior to joining Ingram Micro, she worked in digital marketing for Quorum Health and in product marketing for Geodis.

Glen Sutton

SVP, Americas

Glen is responsible for the success of Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services in the Americas and brings extensive business and operational knowledge to the organization. Prior to this role, he spent 13+ years at DHL, where he held a number of titles globally, including VP of Business Performance for EMEA, VP of Regional Project Delivery for the Americas, and VP of Technology for North America. He previously worked in finance and global operations for Celestica, an electrical and electronics manufacturer in Japan.

Bill Ross

SVP, Global Operations & Engineering

Bill is responsible for developing and executing Ingram Micro’s long-term global operations and engineering strategies, including facility automation and optimization, quality, trade compliance, health and safety, and continuous improvement activities, along with driving standardization on key processes and global KPIs. Bill is also accountable for the company’s global sourcing and real estate function and corporate social responsibility efforts.

He joined Ingram Micro in 2014 and previously served as SVP for Ingram Micro’s U.S. Operations, where he presided over the company’s logistics and supply chain functions in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Costa Rica. He also spent 16 years in leadership at Staples Inc., where he served as VP of Supply Chain Operations.

Marcelo Wesseler

President, Shipwire Inc. & Vice President, eCommerce Services

Marcelo leads the eCommerce division of Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services, which includes the development of the Shipwire order fulfillment platform. He has an extensive background in global ecommerce and entrepreneurship. Prior to his current role, he co-founded Codem.com, an enterprise ecommerce accelerator. Marcelo previously spent five years in various leadership roles at Singapore Post, where he founded the company’s ecommerce business, eventually led it as CEO, and supervised a transformational $250M investment by Alibaba Group.

Alex Paskoff

SVP & Managing Director, Mobility

Alex’s experience in the telecommunications and technology industries spans over 30 years and is responsible for overseeing the U.S. Mobility business. Alex joined Ingram Micro in 2000 as the Vice President of Logistics and Subscriber Services for Brightpoint. Prior to his current position, he was the Executive Vice President of Business Development and Go-to-Market and formerly served as the Senior Vice President of International Operations for Brightpoint, Inc. He has held a number of senior management positions during his career with both public and private corporations, such as Compaq Computer Corporation, Ameritech, and Century Cellular Communications.

Alex earned his Masters of Business Administration from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) College of Business. He serves as a Board member of Consumer Electronic Association’s Wireless Division, The Indiana State Chamber of Commerce, and Indiana University’s School of Entrepreneurship. He encourages his team to be active in serving their communities and is a former board member of The Make-a-Wish Foundation and active Big Brother through Big Brother & Big Sisters of Central Indiana.

Jason Quibell

Executive Director, Canada

Jason is responsible for the success of our operations across all of Canada. He has built his career at Ingram Micro and has been with the organization for over 22 years. With a “people first” attitude, he has established a strong team and long-lasting client relationships. He is dedicated to operational excellence and as a result, his region has been able to exceed P&L expectations and OI targets.

Martin Garcia-Brosa

Executive Director, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica & Miami Export Miami

Martin is responsible for Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services’ business in five territories: Costa Rica, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina, and Miami (exports). From these locations, Ingram Micro serves 24 countries across Latin America. Originally from Argentina, Martin initiated his career with Bertelsmann / Arvato in Germany. Later, he moved within the group to lead turnkey services (packaging and supply chain) in the U.S., where he also established two new offices as Director Global Key Accounts.

Brent Berry

Executive Director, ITAD and Reverse Logistics, Americas

Brent leads the Client Services group within Ingram Micro’s ITAD and Reverse Logistics business, which includes go-to-market and sales, business development, sales support, client services and logistics services. He is responsible for driving strategic growth and expansion plans for the Americas region. Brent joined Ingram Micro in 2016 and brings more than 20 years of experience in supply chain solutions, reverse logistics and ITAD services to the company. He previously held leadership roles in business development and sales strategy with a focus on new customer acquisition and revenue expansion at Arrow Electronics, ExpressPoint Technology Services, Inc., Syncreon Technology, and Data Exchange Corporation.

Michiel Alting von Geusau

EVP, EMEA & APAC

Michiel Alting von Geusau leads the Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services business across EMEA and APAC and has more than 20 years of experience in the fulfillment industry. He joined Ingram Micro through the 2015 acquisition of Docdata, an ecommerce company listed on the Euronext for which he was the CEO.

Michiel started his career as an officer of the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps, where he served as a commander in several units. In 1996, he joined Philips to work in various financial positions. He started at Docdata as CFO and was later promoted to CEO. During his tenure as CEO, Michiel transformed Docdata from a CD replication company to a leading European full-service ecommerce company, enhancing the service portfolio with commerce and payments services. In addition, Michiel led Docdata’s subsidiary company, IAI industrial systems, which offered high quality personalization and security systems worldwide before being sold to the Swedish company Assa Abloy in 2015.

Michiel holds an Executive Master of Finance & Control (RC) from the University of Maastricht/Amsterdam and an MSc from the University of Heerlen/VU University Amsterdam.

Krzysztof Kondratowicz

Executive Director IS - Ingram Micro CLS EMEA & APAC

Krzysztof joined the organization through the 2008 acquisition of ANOVO, where he served as Operations Manager. He holds a Master of Science in Electronics and Computer Science from Wroclaw University of Science & Technology and an MBA from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.

Markus Schmuecker

Executive Director, Commerce Services

Markus is responsible for driving the growth of Ingram Micro’s ecommerce, omnichannel and retail brands across Europe. He works with clients through the initiation, design and implementation of new projects, and brings over 20 years of experience in international third-party logistics to the organization. Prior to his current role, Markus held various management positions in Germany, the UK and France.

Bent Andersen

Director, Engineering & Project Management

Bent is responsible for engineering and project management across EMEA. He joined the organization through the acquisition of Brightpoint, Inc. in 2012, where he served as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Engineering. Prior to that, he spent over two decades building his career at Motorola, Inc., where he held several executive titles, including VP of Supply Chain for EMEA. Bent is technically-oriented with a high competence in managing international operative locations for high-tech electronic goods, and has comprehensive knowledge of full lifecycle supply chain processes.

Arie Oudshoorn

Executive Director, Finance & Business Support

Arie joined Ingram Micro through the 2015 acquisition of Docdata, a process he was involved in as a consultant. He developed much of his career at PwC, where he earned several promotions and eventually was named Finance Director of the Netherlands. Before joining Docdata, Arie served as Director at Optiver, a leading global electronic market maker.

Richard Wilson

Executive Director, Technology Services

Richard is responsible for business development and driving the growth of our forward, reverse, and asset management services across EMEA and APAC. He joined Ingram Micro via the acquisition of ANOVO in 2015 and brings extensive experience in international logistics and after sales services to the organization. Working with OEMs, operators and enterprise clients, he oversees pre-sales support, solution design, bid management, project delivery and account management to ensure thorough and effective client experiences.

Michiel Alting von Geusau

Michiel Alting von Geusau leads the Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services business across EMEA and APAC and has more than 20 years of experience in the fulfillment industry.
