Looking back at 2020The world changed in 2020 as a result of the rapid and far-reaching spread of a global pandemic. Supply chains around the world were strained and consumers went online to shop, favoring digital transactions over in-person ones.
With the rush to buy online, supply chains were strained and demand exceeded supply in many places. Amid all the challenges, our operations teams maintained focus and shipped more than 250 million items; shipments from our warehouse in China alone reached over 120 countries!
